Studio wildfire rental/hire/workshops terms & conditions.

"Terms and Conditions for Studio Wildfire Hire Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using or hiring Studio Wildfire's services.

By using our services or hiring our studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

Studio Rental:

1. The Studio Wildfire premises, equipment, and facilities are provided for hire subject to availability.

2. The studio rental fee will be charged based on the agreed-upon rates and duration of hire. 

3. Any additional services, equipment, or facilities required beyond the basic studio rental may incur additional charges.

Booking and Payment: 

1. Studio Wildfire requires a reservation payment of 50% in advance to secure the studio hire, the remaining 50% must be paid 7 days prior to event date. A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment is received. 

2. The client must provide accurate and up-to-date information when making a booking, including contact details and desired dates/times.

3. The studio hire charges must be paid in full before or on the day of the booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

Cancellation and Refunds:

1.  Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Studio Wildfire reserves the right to retain a portion of the booking fee as follows:

2.  Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations made less 7 days 100% of the booking fee,  or Unless prior arrangements have been agreed to.

3. The organisers shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, "FORCE MAJEURE" , including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.

Studio Responsibilities:

1. The client is responsible for ensuring that the studio is used in a safe and proper manner, and that all equipment and facilities are used appropriately and returned in the same condition as received, all equipment must be returned to the store room upon completion of rental/hire.

2. The client shall be liable for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, or facilities during the hire period and will be responsible for covering the costs of repairs or replacements.

3. Studio Wildfire reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a booking if the client fails to comply with safety guidelines or behaves in a manner that is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful to staff or other users of the studio.

Liability and Insurance:

1. Studio Wildfire does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property that may occur during the use of the studio, equipment, or facilities.

2. individuals/businesses hiring the space must have their own insurance coverage to protect against any loss, damage, or injury arising from their use of the studio, equipment, or facilities. 

Confidentiality:

1. Studio Wildfire respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients. Any information or material shared by the client in relation to their projects or bookings will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent unless required by law. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Studio Wildfire operates. 

2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the use of Studio Wildfire's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction. By using Studio Wildfire's services or hiring their studio, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the services or hiring the studio. Studio Wildfire reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review.

STUDIO WILDFIRE EVENTS/WORKSHOPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Workshop Refund Policies:

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY:

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, generally once booked and confirmed refunds cannot be given.

Should a refund be granted, all Merchant fees associated with the transaction shall be deducted from the refund total. 

2. CANCELLATION REQUESTS: 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email studiowildfireau@gmail.com Please include your full name, workshop title, and registration details in the email.

3. PROCESSING TIME: 

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the cancellation request, if cancellation is approved Please allow10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. WORKSHOP CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS: 

In the event that the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled workshop.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. REGISTRATION:

By registering for the workshop, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY: 

Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the workshop. The organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during the event.

3. BEHAVIOUR: 

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the workshop. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: 

Any materials, content, or resources provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of the organizers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING:

Participants may be photographed or recorded during the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending the workshop, participants grant the organizers the right to use such media.

6. CHANGES TO WORKSHOP: 

The organizers reserve the right to modify the workshop schedule, content, or facilitators if necessary, without prior notice.

7. COMMUNICATION: 

All communication regarding the workshop, including updates, changes, and additional information, will be sent to the email address provided during registration. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure accurate contact details.

8. FORCE MAJEURE:
